How i’d start and scale a profitable business in 2026

this is how i’d start an online business in 2026.

it’s simple.

get a great product and build around that.

but what is a great product?

good question…

here’s your checklist:

[x] high margin (so you can advertise profitably)

[x] lots of people are buying it elsewhere (hungry market)

[x] has creative juice (so you can make content about it)

[x] has a specific demographic within the market that you can point to and build your brand around. (nichify)

those are the four non negotiables.

the fifth non negotiable… is one that I didn’t mention in the video…

the most important of all:

[x] your product has to be great. it must do what you say it does.

if you get these five things right…

then you’ve stacked the deck in your favour.

and it’s just a matter of time before you’re obnoxiously successful.

i cannot wait for that day.
