SEVERE case of low back pain and radiating pain and numbness down the leg #ringdinger

Patient has herniated discs in the lumbar spine. He currently has severe lumbar pain with shooting pain down the leg and numbness.  He has had the symptoms for the past 12 years with no relief in sight no matter what he does.
