Macadamia nuts – just under 1 cup- get them here https://amzn.to/3KwFAPp (others don’t taste like these)
◦ Maple syrup — a little shy of ¼ cup
◦ Vanilla extract (non alcoholic) or powder — about ½ teaspoon
◦ A pinch of salt
◦ Ice – roughly 3 cup
Use a powerful high speed blender like a Vitamix
