Mold in your body is more common than you think. It often starts with mold in the home- especially in carpet and inside walls. If you have breathing problems inside your home and feel better when outside your home or travelling, have your home tested for mold. Replace old carpet and check the water meter to see if the needle is slowly moving when nothing is being used. Exposure to mold is a normal everyday occurrence and the body can handle short exposure if the body is healthy and clean- but most people’s bodies aren’t clean and many have longer term exposure to mold and don’t even know it.
